Return/Replacement Policy
- Returns will not be entertained for reasons of slight difference in color or Feel of Material.
- If you think, you have received the Wrong Saree or Damage Saree,
Kindly send email to (srisakthipugazhtex.com) along with order ID And with (Parcel Opening video without any Cut or Edit)
- Exchange can be done with Other Products or Refund. We will pay the Courier cost in case of returning the Damage/Wrong saree.
Cancellation Policy
- If you want to cancel your order, before despatching from our end, there will be no charges for cancellation. In case if you want to cancel the order after despatching from our end, the courier charge will be charged from your payment value. Remaining Value of your money will be refunded by us within 24 Hours. ​
- Sri Sakthi Pugazh Tex has full rights to cancel & refund money of any orders without customer approval due to incorrect information in order, or such issues beyond our control, like courier delay, manufacturing delay etc...
- In case the ordered product is out of stock, then refund will be processed within 7 days via UPI ID based or Through Bank Account.
Note:
- Returns and refund Cases, consider only for 7 days from the order delivery date. And We will take Action on your complaint within 24 Hours. And Your refund / Replacement will be Completed by within 4 to 5 Working Days.
